Who said you can’t have pizza for dessert?! A Sugar Cookie crust with a sweet, creamy, and tangy Cream Cheese Frosting, topped with fresh Fruit. Beautiful yet simple enough to make ahead and bring to your next party!
Sugar Cookie Crust
1 tube Sugar Cookie Dough
1/4 Flour
Sprinkle flour on counter and rolling pin
Carefully roll out sugar cookie dough until 1/4 inch thick ( any shape is fine)
*Follow package instructions to finish*
Cream Cheese Frosting
8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined
Set aside and chill
Assembly
Spread cream cheese frosting on completely cooled sugar cookie crust
Top with sliced fresh fruit ( You can use any type you want)
Chill until ready to serve and enjoy
