
If the word “decadent” had a picture in the dictionary, this picture would be next to it! The creamiest, cheesy mac and cheese with a sophisticated and upscale twist. Simple enough to make for yourself or elegant enough to make for your next dinner party.
5 C Macaroni, cooked
2 T Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, grated
2 C Heavy Cream
1 1/2 C White Cheddar with Truffles, shredded
1/2 C Parmesan, freshly grated
2 T Truffle Butter
Fresh Thyme for garnish (optional)
In a large sauté pan heat olive oil and add garlic
Cook on low for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Slowly add heavy cream
Crank heat to medium and stir gently and constantly until cream starts to bubble, about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in cheeses
Stir until thoroughly combined and smooth
Stir in butter until melted
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add in cooked noodles and stir until completely combined
Serve immediately
Garnish with fresh thyme
